General Manager: Kedrick Mumba
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Computer Science. Kedrick has extensively worked with Business Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions initially as a technical administrator, and for the last 10 years as a Business Systems Consultant designing, implementing and supporting Enterprise Resource Planning solutions with key interest in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) and SunSystems Financial Management System. As a Business Systems Consultant, Kedrick specialized in financial and business systems analysis, design, implementation, end-user training, after sales technical support and project management.
Kedrick’s key responsibilities as General Manager include broad, overall responsibility for the business of Enterprise Solutions. He is responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the company. He oversees the business development activities of Enterprise Solutions in the interim in order to meet the goals and objectives as set out in the strategic business plan.

Chief Operating Officer: Daniel Mwamba
Before joining Enterprise Solutions, Daniel Mwamba was founder and CEO for AEEZ Global IT Security Consultants in the UK.  He has over 18 working for high profile companies in the UK including Amazon, British Telecommunications (BT), British Navy (Military) and the National Health Service (NHS). His areas of specialization include network security, enterprise security architecture, cyber security, information governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
He is a founder member of the Pan African Cyber Security Federation (PACSF) which is a cyber security non-profit organisation based in the UK. He has developed and provided information & cyber security training to senior government leaders, senior executives and diplomats. He also contributed to the development of “Cyber Essentials” a UK Government-backed and industry supported scheme to guide businesses in the UK in protecting themselves against cyber threats.
A graduate of University of Lincolnshire & Humberside and Queen Margaret University, he holds a BA (Hons), Postgraduate Diploma in Ecommerce, and is designated as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),Certified ISO 27001 Auditor and ISO 27001 Implementer.

Technical Manager: Ngenda Mwambu
Ngenda Mwambu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has wide expertise in systems design, implementation, training and support. He has more than 20 years of work experience in the ICT industry and nine of these years have been in financial systems implementation, training, and support.
Ngenda’s work experience includes Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Limited, Metal Marketing Corporation, SCNR Computers and Deloitte & Touché.
As Technical Manager he is responsible for the technical & customer operations relating to Enterprise Solutions’ product portfolio. Functional area and duties include formulating operational and technical strategy, application support and performance optimisation, managing customer expectations and experiences.

Operations Manager: Moses Zimba
Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Business Administration. He has more than 14 years of work experience in the ICT industry and with 10 of these years having been involved at various levels in Business Management Solutions vendor environment.
Moses’ responsibilities as Operations Manager include provision of support services to the technical function and sales activities. Other duties include formulating sales, operational and technical strategy, CAPEX planning, project management and managing customer expectations and experiences.

Senior Software Support Executive: Mwanideranji Mphaisha
Mwanideranji is a Certified Microsoft Dynamics NAV professional. She earned Microsoft Dynamics certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Installation & Configuration. This confirms her competence in Microsoft Dynamics NAV software installation and configuration on Relational Database and different network environments.
In addition, Mwanideranji is fully certified in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Financial Management and in Microsoft SQL Server Database administration.
She is proficient in business systems implementations, support and training in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Financials, Cash Management, Procurement, Sales, Fixed Assets, Business Intelligence (BI).
Mwanideranji has been actively involved in numerous Microsoft Dynamics NAV projects. She has been privileged to be a lead consultant in a couple of Microsoft Dynamics NAV projects.
She holds two Information System Diplomas, one being an Advanced Information Technology Diploma, having had training in Visual Basic 6, E-Commerce, Web Development, A+ Technician, I-Net and Microsoft Access inclusive of Microsoft Office suite. The second Diploma is in Information Technology Engineering, earned having being trained in Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) courses.
